Boutique accomodation and Agistment

Our property is located only 9 minutes from Wagga Wagga’s CBD, the largest inland city in New South Wales. With a culturally vibrant population of approximately 70,000 wonderful persons, Wagga Wagga has much to offer. Idyllically located on the banks of the beautiful Murrumbidgee River, Wagga Wagga is approximately halfway between Sydney and Melbourne. (Perfect!)

Our endearing rustic property was historically part of an old farming settlement called ‘Hillgrove’. Today, the area is still called ‘Hillgrove’ but is now joined with Wagga Wagga city council.

Star Of Miranda situated at Hillgrove is 10 acres of flat land dedicated to equine agistment, with a five bedroom Airbnb style rustic farmhouse ‘Miranda Cottage’. This property is perfectly placed for university students and their families needing accommodation and/or horse agistment.

Miranda Cottage boasts one queen bedroom, three double bedrooms, one twin bedroom with rollaway, two lounge rooms, two kitchens, two share bathrooms, two WC, one laundry, back porch, front verandah, back and front yards fenced, four undercover parking-bays for house guests, and ample off street parking for agistees.

Miranda Cottage has the ability to be separated into two independent apartments through a simple system of two interlocking doors with a short hallway in between to minimise sound transference. This system is ideal if you don’t need five bedrooms and you want time to yourself. One kitchen, lounge room, bathroom, WC, and laundry per apartment, all bedroom doors are lockable, you have your own bedroom door key while here for your stay, and your own front and back door access.

We have a ten paddocks in a variety of sizes. All paddocks are ample in size with electric fences and float-valve water-troughs hooked up to town water, some with shade.

Previously some of our AGIST exes have kept two horses in one paddock, price is per horse.

Five day yards with shade to be used by agistees and casual overnight stays, a booking is required.

Our stables are cosy and ample. Two tack rooms and feed storage is all under cover together with a wash-bay within our cute stable hub. Bedding is the agistees responsibility along with all duties to maintain a clean and safe community enviroment for everybody.
